Our son arrived from France at the age of 5 and joined Diyafah International School in Year 1. Beginning school in a new language was a big step for him, but the EAL lessons he started in Year 2 made such a positive difference. He learnt many new words and improved his spelling with confidence. His EAL teacher was incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging — she made him feel comfortable and motivated to learn. He especially loved being in a small group, where he could get lots of individual attention and make faster progress. We’re so thankful for the wonderful support he received!
